"Sleeping Swan"

The "Sleeping Swan" is a large second-floor apartment that is for rent nightly, weekly, or extended rentals are available upon request. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for up to six (6) persons including linens with housekeeping service every three days. Off-street parking is near the rear entrance. A mud- room is set up to meet the needs of many; there is space for outer wear, fishing equipment, and sporting gear. The large deck off the kitchen has a grill and a picnic table. Past guests have said that they enjoyed eating on the deck while listening to sounds of the Bay. There is color TV, phone, games, puzzles, cards, magazines, and books. The apartment has central heat and air conditioning.

Only advanced reservations are accepted with payment using VISA, Master Card or Certified Check. There is a required deposit that will be returned if there is no damage or theft. The rate for each night is $30 per person with a 2 person or $60 per night minimum (tax to be added). Check-in is between 3 PM and PM.; check –out time is up until 11:00 AM.
